Check the wires in the boot that carry the electrics from the body work to the door and check plugs in the door and in the body side for attachment.

With the list you have, I would think broken ground wire in the rubber boot from the A-pillar to the door on the driver's side.
I have seen this one a few times ( not chronic but happens ).

It is a black wire in the door to a-pillar harness. SWAG at why the window worked when open part way, the wire touched at that one time, and pulled back apart again.

Cant unlock car while battery is dead

The driver's door lock is a mechanical linkage, not electric. Turn the top of the key toward the front of the vehicle. If it will not open, there is a mechanical problem in the door; your local AAA tow company can break in with a "slim jim".

Need to charge battery but electric doors are locked

haha, terrible luck eh... probably would need someone to unlock the door for you. Tow truck drivers open doors for people that locked their keys in the car all the time. So they should be able to do it. So can a locksmith.

'95 civic electrical windows all went dead

I'd take a look at the driver's door window switch unit. Power to each door is routed through that switch panel first, and then to the other doors. If it died or failed in some way, it'll keep you from opening any windows in the car, using any of the switches. They're available at most salvage yards for around $10 - it's a quick and easy try and it may well fix your problem.

Drivers door lock & key pad not working.

Your lock motivator on driver side front is bad, replace, it should be cheap and easy to do. Goto dealer for part. It's the part that is connected to a rod that kicks back and forth to lock and unlock door.
