You have to drop your glove box. Behind your glove box, there should be the housing that encloses your blower unit. It is inside of there and usually held in by a few clamps/screws.

Blower motor relay make clicking sound when i turn the heater on. Changed relay and still does the same thing

Sounds like your blower motor may have either ceased, or gotten an obstruction. Sometimes an animal will crawl into your heating unit and make a nest or other things get in there and bind up the hamster wheel (fan). Start by checking for power at the fan using a test light with a wire probe end. If you have power at the fan with the switch on but it's not spinning, first check for an obstruction, if no obstruction, check to make sure the ground is good from the motor (make your own ground with the test light by probing the ground) if the motor spins up, fix the ground wire, if not, time for a new blower motor unfortunately.

Why is blower motor making whining noise when on?

The bearings are shot. You have to replace it.

Honda pilot 2007 blower fan making noise blower fan was replaced once still making noise

Either its developed the same fault or the fan motor bearing has failed, needs greasing or, if there's a belt, the belt is slipping.

Humming noise in my 2003 cadillac when I put blower fan on

Hi Jane ,
Sorry to hear about your problem with the fan making noise when its turned on in your 2003 Cadillac !

I have an idea that the noise is from debris which has accumulated in the fans 'squirel cage'.
The solution is to remove the blower motor assembly and clean the fan blades by removing the debris.
This will put the motor and fan cage in ballance and quiet it down considerably.

The heater/AC makes an obnoxiously loud noise coming from the passenger side around the glove box when turned on. Has been developing for about a week.

Sounds like your blower motor bearing is going bad. Pull glovebox and you can access blower motor. Pull blower motor and check that fan/cage is tight and not clogged with leaves etc... Had an instance when mine made a bunch of noise found parking stub had been sucked into fan,

My heater fan was making noise but was still blowing the hot air out. Now it makes no noise but blows no air out. I assume the fan/blower motor is bad. How do I replace it?

your blower mototr stopped turning , the noise you heard was one of the cage weights came loose and put the blower cage off ballance, first you need to locate the blower fan and check to make sure it has 12 volts, if so then you need to use a jumper wire to ground the other wire going into the blower motor, if this turns the blower motor on then you have a blower motor resister out and need to replace it.

Replace the blower motor

Couple of possibilities asn.
The blower motor may be worn out or something has jammed up the fan blade.
If it hasn't blown the fuse already it may have damaged the blower resistor.
The resistor depends on the airflow from the blower to keep it cool.
Pull the blower motor out, check the shaft and fan blade for looseness and debris. If there is debris in there make sure you get it all out from up inside the housing too.
The blower is fairly accessible and inexpensive on this model of car.
Under the right side of the dash there is a hush panel to remove. you will see the motor housing pointing down. Undo the connector to the motor, 3 or 4 screws retain the motor to the case. Lower it down.
Reverse to reinstall.
Any more questions please ask me.
