Drivers door no power to lock mirra door panel light right door works

Re-Check the reconnection of the wires you drilled through, very important that you found and corrected all damaged wires. Did you insulate splices with electrical tape or shrink wrap?

Problem with radiator cooling fan coming on, both fans will come on if the ect sensor is unplugged or if the a/c is on. Ect sensor replaced Is it possible no signal is being sent to pcm to trigger fan...

what kind of vehicle?and was the vehicle ever in an accident you must check the wiring from the power distribution box there might be a broken connection its working when unplugged supposed to do that and when ac is on so the normal circuit for regular operation is not we need the make and model of the vehicle so I can look up the schematic if I have your vehicle otherwise try tracing the wire back using a continuity tester to see if theres a break in the wire which is most likely whats going on here certain vehicles have wire harnesses that run down the inside of the fenders and if an ill informed body man drilled holes to pull out dents he could've drill through the wire or a person might have punched a hole in the wire trying to check the circuit and didn't cover it well enough so the wire corroded and oxidized and the connection is broken now this is a pain in the guzoyganto search for so go slow and investigate very thoroughly good luck post back with progress Stephen

I have a 1976 gmc pickup that i can not get to start. I have replaced the ignition switch and the key switch. I had the starter checked and it is okay. There does not appear to be any power to the starter....

you need to check the ign wire to the starter for power. check wire under dash for power and if you have to run a new wire from ign switch to starter selonoid. switch is on top of steering column under dash.

What is the best way to run wires from my battery to inside the cabin to wire in a power converter?

The best or more professional way to run the cables is to drill a hole thru the firewall. You need to use wire ties on the cables and route the cables along the factory wiring harness. Try to route to the shortest distance and use a rubber grommet where you have the hole drilled in the firewall. The grommet will keep the cable from getting damaged by the sharp edges of the hole that you drilled. Also the largest possible diameter cable is better because you will get more amperage to the power inverter. Hope this helps :)

If the positive wire is hot, its connection is bad, check and clean all corrosion at the terminal connections to the actual wire and at the terminal connection to the battery. Do this for both battery cables. Hope this helps, let me know.
