Most likely cause would be a fuel pump, if you have a multimeter and electrical know-how I could walk you through a couple checks to do but it is almost always a fuel pump.

My truck keeps poping a fuse so it will not stay running

You would have a short in the electrical system. You will need to have your vehicle serviced at local service center. This may be caused by bad fuel pump.

My fuses keep poping

get your engie analized for a short in your electrical system. whatever fuses are popping you have a short or an overload in that area . adding boosters to your radio or new higher wattage stereo systems are common to this problem if so check for a higher output alternator.

Keeps blowing electronic controlmodule FUSE?

I have seen this many times in my 30 years as a technician, it is always caused by a shorted engine wiring harness, look around the harness in area's of wear, like where it connects to the engine from the firewall or where is crosses metal like cylinder heads, it will be rubbed through somewhere.
