What oil to use for a 10 year Ford Focus 2003

Generally speaking, we do not make recommendations on products by brand. Any of the brands you mentioned will meet the factory specs.
If the car has over 100,000 miles, you could bump up the weight to 10w-30 or 10w-40. Or stay with the factory recommendation.
The low number is the weight of the oil at zero degrees, and the high number is the weight at 200 degrees.
Keeping the oil and filter changed is more important than the weight.

Two metal pieces are hanging down from the undercarriage

Sounds almost like a motor mount. Have you had recent engine work? Get this checked. If the part is not near the engine, it still sounds like you need to get it looked at.

I have rusted metal of the undercarriage of a 2002 ford escape xlt on the side where the gas tank is located, this metal started to hang down, and a piece of metal came this safe to drive, until...

Yes it should be OK. Just as long as none if it is touching it rubbing the lines or tank if it is you need to remove the piece that is. This will be ok till you get it into a body shop to fix the problem. Also if the tank is loose dont drive it because the tank might fall out but it is rare but it does happen..

Sheet of metal hanging down form undercarriage

If you are referring to the front of the car there is a splash pan, designed to keep road spray out of the engine compartment.
and sometimes service people think it was engineered
with two many screws,or they vibrated out.
just replace screws.

if this is not the front of the car please re-post question with more information
hope this helped

Leak undeneath upper radiator hose

The radiator on your Focus is mostly plastic on the top and bottom, and the middle section is aluminum/ alloy. If you examine the radiator, and are sure it isn't leaking from the hose connection, then the radiator will need repaired. sometimes, small leaks in the middle , metal section are sealed just by using some radiator stop leak in your engine's coolant. A radiator shop can replace the top or bottom plastic piece on your radiator too, and often it is a good idea to check the price of an entire radiator at your local auto parts store, as sometimes you can buy a radiator for less than the cost to repair your old one.

Metal piece hanging in middle of undercarriage just behind wheels

It's likely the heat shield for the catalytic converter. There's really no repair for it. Mechanics won't usually spot weld it and they can't remove it. Apart from a little rattle now and then, there's really nothing to worry about.

I am having problems compressing my rear caliper pistons on a 2003 ford focus 2.0 st170 how do i go about doing this?

Use a large C-clamp and a piece of wood. Slowly tighten the c-clamp and it will compress the piston. Just remember, do this slowly so yopu don't have you master cylinder overflow.
