Question about 1993 Dodge Dynasty
If you mean your brake pedal than you have air in the lines either your brake fluid is really low or work was done on the brake system and air was able to get in. also check all the lines and make sure there is not a leak somewhere this would also allow air into the system. You will need to bleed the brakes to remove the air once you have determined that the system is leak free.
