Drain your coolant low enough that it wont make a mess when you remove the the hose from the heater core under the hood, then remove the glove box door, looking at the heater box thru the glove box door opening remove seven (7) screws on the heater box, remove the panel and then remove the heater core, opposite to reinstall.

1999 F250 Super Duty with a V10 only blows warm air. 30k miles on engine. Coolant level fine, no leaks. Air Blend Actuator moves. Temp in to heater core is 115F, out is 105F

That's not hot enough at the heater core. Engine coolant temp is controlled by your thermostat. It is probably weak or stuck. Replace it. don-ohio (:^)

How to remove headlight assembly for ford f250 super duty?

There should be three screws holding it in from behind. They will be three long post looking type of stand offs. Remove those and the whole assemble will come out with a pop.

Where is the heater core located on a 1999 F250 4x4 crew cab V10 Gas Super Duty? I was told under the hood and I have been told access is in the dash. Two very different costs to get fixed.....

Heater core is under the dash, the dash will have to be remove to replace the heater core, you will also need to have the a/c system recover, evac, and recharge if the system has freon, when this repair is done, this is about a 10 hrs. job.
