Question about 1993 Pontiac Bonneville
Bad turn signal relay, located on the back of the fuse block under the dash on the drivers side, have to unscrew the plastic, flasher relay will be round

The turn signal problem may be a relay. relays are located under a plastic cover, in a "fuse box" looking thing in the engine compartment.
if your car will not restart when hot, but only after it has cooled down for some time, then you need to replace your fuel injector system. a new injector system may be pricy, so you may want to shop around at a local junkyard or on ebay for a used injector system.
