Question about 1995 Nissan Maxima
Problem 1.my transmission jerks really bad when i drive it normally , more typically when i gun it. but when i step on it a little bit when shifting into second i left off the gas right before it shifts and it will shift softer. im not sure if its the transmission computer or the transmission mounts.
problem 2 i just got the engine replaced, and ever since the speedometer doesnt work.
problem 3 im not really sure if this is a problem but i noticed when i hold the unlock button the remote for more than 5 seconds, it rolls the two front windows down automatically its really weird.
problem 4.when i tilt the sunroof up to slighty vent it, i have problems closing it i think it might be the button .if i press the close button repeatedly like 30 times it will eventually close, but almost always gets stuck in that position.
problem 5. my key keeps getting stuck in the ignition, i cant seem to remove it except with plyers and now its permanently stuck it wont seem to come out without breaking it.
Ok first off im not 100 % sure on all of these but i will give it a shot
#1 seems like the transmission is going bad maybe the fluid is sludged may want to replace fluid worth a shot
#2 I would talk to the people who replaced it and let them know whats going on sounds like they over looked something
#3 Im 99.99% sure that this is normal had a 1997 maxima that did the same thing first time i did it i was tripping out
#4 possibly true you may also have a safety feature that is not allowing you to close it like a limit switch
#5 You may need to just swap that ignition switch
