I would try bleeding the clutch system.

HI,first i would check the lube in the tranny.Drain it in a clean container.So you can see how much metal shavings are in it.This will give you some kind of indication of the internals.Then look through the inspection hole to see if the pressure plate fingers are bent or any other clutch component damage.Good Luck!!!
