Not really something you want to ignore. If it is telling you correct information you can blow the engine by continueing to drive it. I would start by replacing the oil pressure sending unit. If it still says low pressure then most likely the oil pump is going bad or the screen is getting clogged.

Sounds like your oil pump is trying to get stopped up or going out. Keep a eye on it. If you start hearing a tic, tic take to shop and check oil pump befor it messes up your motor, Good luck to you.

A mechanic would either replace the switch or check oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to verify the problem.

I have 199 Plymouth voyager I don't no which fuse

The oil light is not fused by itself, the fuse that runs it runs all the lights and gauges. Let me get this straight, you are driving this with an oil pressure warning on??? Find the problem and fix it before you possibly damage the engine ands have a $3500 repair bill.

Gauges work fine when engine's started, then oil gauge falls below zero and warning light comes on saying "Check gauges," so I check the oil and transmission fluid levels and these are fine but...

start by checking the ground strap to the engine, and engine to body. The oil pressure sender unit may be bad. You may have to hook up an oil pressure gauge to the oil pressure sender port to verify proper oil pressure. Senders are cheap- I would just replace it and go from there.

Oil light flickers when in idle. Oil on dip stick measures fine.

install a mechanical guage to test the actual pressure, if its fine the sending unit is faulty, if nor remove the oil pan and check the oil pickup for blockage,

Oil pressure gauage reading high

depending on the weather, and how cold it is, oil pressure will run high until it warms up. now if it still runs high after it warms up then its most likely the oil sending unit.
