Question about 2000 Dodge Intrepid
With the year of the vehicle it is possible that the motors are actually bad. The only way to tell is jump the motor with 12 volts. Unfortunately you have to pull the door panel off to do that. Another idea for you is some vehicles if the driver side switchs or switch goes bad none of the rest will work either. If you know anything about electronics you can jump 12 volts to the pins of the switch to verify motor function.

I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid and my dad has a 1999 Chrysler Concorde. Both of our cars had the same prob. We checked the fuses, window switches in the door, etc. It turned out to be a broken wire in the wiring harness between the door and frame. We pushed the windows switch to open while grabbing the wiring harness and moving it with the door open. It was easier with one person holding the switch in the (to open) position and the other person wiggling the harness with two hands. You could here the window try to move as you it made a little contact with the broken wire.
