Not sure which light you are talking about but most cars have one for coolant or antifreeze.

My brake indicater light on my dashboard is always on.

Check the brake fluid reservoir level Light will come on if it is low. Otherwise the handbrake switch is probably faulty or needs adjusting depending on what vehicle you are talking about. Would be easier if you had posted the make and model.

It started out that my cooling fan was not coming on so the car ran hot. I changed the ECTS and now the fan comes on as soon as I start the car and will not turn off. I now also have the service soon light...

When you changed the ECTS the coolant level went down and the float for the coolant level stuck down. Look in the tank and you will see what I am talking about. There is 2 sensors on that car one is for the Gage and one is for the ECM. I usually change both so we know everything is good. I hope this helped. Have a nice day :-)

The handbrake light remains on the dashboard when released why is this?

Try to wiggle the handbrake a little and see if it will go out. Sometime the cables get a little stretched and that is just enough not to turn the light off. If you can get the light to flicker when wiggling the the lever you may need to adjust the cable tension a little and that may take care of it. I would also check the fluid level in the master cylinder just to make sure that the brake fluid level is not what is causing the light to come on. If the fluid is low you may want to have your brake system inspected.

The service engine soon light is on. The check engine light had come on several times the day before. The check fluid light had come on & went off. Added 2 qts. of oil to the engine and it is fine....

Have the computer scanned if you want a quick scan have Auto Zone or the like scan it for free , they also will give you a printout of the problem code, if any, that may be stored in the computer system.
Trans. fluid is only checked on a running in park warm engine, if it is not running the fluid will read too high on the stick showing an overfilled condition, use only recommended fluid, should have the type requirements stamped on the transmision dip stick.
When filling do it slowly and add only half a quart at a time checking the level each time as to not over fill.
The trans. fluid and filter should be changed every 30,000 miles as preventive maintenance proceedures.
Hope this helps, good luck!!

My brake light comes on while driving but the parking brake is not on. Does this mean there is a problem with my brakes? This has happened 4 times in two days. It come on, makes the alert buzz then goes...

Have you checked your brake fluid level? Sometimes, when the brake fluid is just a <little> too low, the brake error light will come on momentarily.
Sometimes parking brakes also stick a little (the cables tend to bind occasionally). This could also be your problem (although I rather doubt it).
Failing this, a quick check of the rotors, calipers, pads, fluid levels and system operation would be advisable.
Hope this helps, Sherwin

REPLACES ALL PADS AND NOW HAVE NO PEDAL AND ABS LIGHT COMES ON INTERMITTANT

When replacing pads, you MUST bleed the system at each wheel, you MUST refill the fluid level... and If you do not know how to bleed the system, then you MUST ask - because the technique is needed for your safety.

ABS light on has little to do with replacing brake pads. I can see the "brake" light being on because the fluid level is different on the front versus back brakes.....

Be sure to PUMP up the pedal and then keep a steady pressure on it while removing the air from the lines. The process must be repeated at each wheel until no air bubbles come our.. AND the fluid is clean and clear.

Brake light is on and chime is on

No the light and chime does not indicate worn out brake pads or shoes.
However, you were correct to add fluid to the correct level.
Just to be clear, you are talking about the red brake indicator light on the dash and is not accompanied by the amber ABS brake light.
If the ABS light is not involved, there is a magnetic switch located in the brake master cylinder. When the fluid level is low, it triggers a switch in the master cylinder and causes the light to come on.
Some times a "gentle" tap on the master cylinder reservoir will loosen the stuck float and turn the light off. One way to verify the switch is causing the issue, you can disconnect the harness connector at the master cylinder and the light should go out.
Start there and let me know.

The red brake light on the dashboard comes on while driving and goes out intermittently while driving. what's the problem?

Should be equipped with a brake fluid reservoir low level switch. Added a little recommend brake fluid to bring the level up about 1/4" or so should likely fix it. Do not fill completely to top. Brake fluid level drops as brake pads wear down so you may want to have the brakes checked to make sure your not in need of pad replacement.
