There is a vent hose going from the filler tube to the evaporative canister which filters fumes. This hose likely has an obstruction, or is pinched, etc. When filling the tank the air in the tank is normally vented through this hose -- this is not happening with your tank.

More info, let me know.

When pumping gas it kicks off and flapper is bent

There is an automatic valve in the filler neck of your fuel tank that is designed to keep gas from jumping back up the filler neck and out the fill fitting. If that valve is bad, you'll have a heck of a time filling the tank, as the nozzle is constantly kicking off and your fill rate is VERY slow. Probably best to take it to a dealer or your trusted mechanic. They might want to replace the flapper at the same time.

The fuel pump doesnt kick on when turning the key on

If you can hear the fuel pump, it is getting voltage. But the change in it's normal sound/tone that it makes has me more concerned with the pump itself. Sometimes the pump gives you clues that it's about to fail, but not always. The sound change is an indicator something is wrong inside the fuel tank. Have you done a pressure and volume check yet? That's the only sure method to see if the pump is working properly. If you do have a failing pump, I would highly recommend replace the filter too! It's cheap and will save you a lot of headaches if they're done at the same time

Wont take fuel

Sounds like there is something stuck in the inlet restrictor. Using your finger and a flash light, try and see down into it. You may have to pull it apart to remove any obstruction.

sounds to me like your fuel pump relay is still bad happens all the time with even the newest of parts and/ or you might want to take the wires off of the pump and clean them really good road grime seems to find its way into even the tightest places especially if you replaced it once you broke the factory seal....

Started bogging when pressed on gas then died and wont start

limited info - but sounds like it could be the fuel pump. Bogging when you driving along id a classic sighn of a failing fuel pump. Tha fact that its dead would also point to it being dead.

The easiest way to see if its dead is to go back to the car - and click the ingnition over - dont start the car - just flick it on so that it powers up. You should hear the fuel pump kick in the get up to pressure ( takes about 2 sec) If you dont here anything under the car - mistery solved. Then its just a case of checking fueses atc.

Exactly the same symptoms also come with a clogged fuel filter. check and replace this as well but only if you hear the fuel pump kicking in.
