Question about 1999 Pontiac Montana
First, make sure the condensate drain is clear. Now here is the kicker. I had the same problem till I took it to a GM place. Make sure there is a rubber elbow attached to the drain pan so that the water can drain down instead of being blown back from the wind. Ever since the mechanic attached that elbow, I have had no problem.
