Question about 2003 Ford Windstar
Hello, You need to get the van scanned. You can have that done free at Autozone, Oreillys, and Advance autoparts. The scanner should show more details about the problem. You can take the Code number and return to this site or ask the parts guy what you need to buy to fix the problem.
The parts people are knowledgeable about procedures for repair and some deal with Mechanics' shops on a daily basis. They would know of a local repair place if you want someone else to fix your van.
I hope you found my solution to be very helpful. Your van problems could be from who worked on it, or from a part getting wet while sitting too long.
