Question about 2000 Pontiac Firebird
Check your body control module, especially if the windows are not working AND your radio doesn't work. There is a blue wire attached to the BCM that usually causes the issue.

With the security system I have been told you can get a sensor that you plug into your security system that came standard with the car. THis system is located under the plastic that covers your speakers on the passenger side in the back. If you unplug the sensor and then pick up a relay from radio shack it acts the same as reading your key that is in your car and will allow you to roll the windows up or down when the key is in the ignition
