You have three things to check Firstly, check all the vacuum lines going from the motor to the firewall, these cause the motor to vibrate violently at idle position because some times they become loose. Secondly, check the throttle body, there is a buy pass valve that gets so gummed that it will stick in the open position and there will be no power (no turbo boost) some times you can just lightly tap it and it will close(you will see it close).
Thirdly and lastly, check the tubing going to the inter cooler, it's very low to the ground and very easy to knock loose when you run over some thing.

1993 v6 toyota camry burns a quart of oil about every 70 miles at the least. Car smokes black smokes comes out of the exhaust. Car hesitates sometimes like it does not want to go when you mash on the gas....

If its burning oil the smoke will be blue, if its not blue then you have a leak somewhere, put some cardboard under your engine overnight and check it in the morning. if its leaking it might be an easy fix, but that depends on where its leading from. If your burning oil the piston rings need to be replaced, you can do it yourself with some special tools, but its best to leave that to the pros and it won't be cheap.

My camry 2001 v6 engine emits black smoke and **** in traffic

Black smoke indicates running "rich" (using excessive fuel) sounds like an injector is sticking open. I would first run a strong fuel system cleaner through it. (Maybe even have a professional fuel system cleaning) Ques? When was last tune up? A dirty air filter would contribute, but not make alot of black smoke.

My toyota camry 1993 have a power problem, when i'm giving gas the car jerks and even sometimes would suddenly out.

Have you replaced your fuel filter lately? that is usually the main cause for that common issue. A clogged or messy filter leads to starving the engine so when you accelerate there is a deficiency in the firing of the spark plugs. That then causes the jerking dying.

When I start my 2003 Camry, it blows black smoke, it clears pretty fast, but it seems like a problem

If it is puffing out dark/black smoke when you first start the vehicle then it would be associated with carbon build up. It will be caused by either oil in the combustion chamber or a fuel related issue. To tell you which one is the cause I will need more information about the problem, may be any helpful repair/maintenance history. If its related to the fuel it could be a poor spark, bad fuel, timing, bad air filter, ans so on. If its oil, it could be a piston ring, valve seal, or poor oil condition.

Fuel efficency

check for a split in the air intake tube. the v6 has a mass air flow sensor. if air is entering the engine without being counted by the mass air flow sensor it will cause a rich condition.
