Please check the timing of the spark , check the ignition system.
Also the fuel tuning , the fuel pressure, the quality of the fuel, the fuel filter.
Also the maintenance of the engine if this is due for scheduled replacement of oil, filter.etc.

check all wheels, brakes pads and free movements.

Hard to start fuel pump has been checked

Need much more information about the car, age, care it has had. Only 4 things cause hard start. Lack of Air coming into the intake, Lack of Fuel, Lack of spark, Lack of torque from the starter. Assuming the starter is good & battery, and fuel is there, i would check the spark plugs, and spark output. If it has a lot of miles check the Air Filter. The injectors could also be clogged. I always dump 2 bottles of injector cleaner in the tank every 2 months. If you have never done this i would go for 3 bottles. Again the spark cannot be weak, fuel pressure cannot be low, or have restrictions like dirty a fuel filter, or dirty fuel injectors or even bad Gas. And last a computer problem providing incorrect timing to the Injectors or Spark Plugs.

Bank 2 sensor 1

You do not have to have the diagnostic light staying constantly on to have an issue with the car. It will be in the ECM's memory if any faults are present, as you said it had a couple of faults. Yes lack of power can be caused by a faulty Oxygen sensor . The only way to check is to hook up your scan tool and put it in live data mode and read the outputs of the sensor. If it's coming up Bank 2 then I take it, it has a Bank 1 sensor as well so compare it to that. Also take into consideration that fuel, spark or air leak can cause out of speck readings as well. Some cars oxygen sensors are the same for bank 1 and 2 so even swapping them around and re checking codes can be a great test. Cheers

2002 merc grand marquis wont start battery was replaced 1 week ago

Does it not start or not crank ?
If it does not start, you will need to figure out if it is a lack of fuel to the injectors or lack of spark to the plugs to proceed.

HAVE LOW POWER OUTPUT ON MY 2Y FOUR CYLINDER ENGINE WITH A CARBURATOR

I don't know this engine in detail, but we can make a few general statements. In that type of engine, lack of power can be caused by

- a bad spark (check spark plugs for gap and fouling, measure coil resistances, check plug leads)
- lack of fuel (weak fuel pump, blocked filter, blocked jets in carby)
- engine timing off spec (use a timing light to check this)
- lack of compression (use a compression gauge to check this)

Of all these, I'd start with engine timing, then look at a blocked jet in the carby.

S10 blazer lacks power, bogs under acceleration

Check your coil output, buy a cheep spark tester. Pull of a spark plug wire and plug in the tester(ground the other end), set it to bridge a gap for 30,000 volts.Have someone start it and make sure the spark will jump the gap on the tester.Danger-Very high voltage! It will light you up if your touching the tester while the car is running! You'll be able to see a bright blue spark(and hear it as well) if your coil is good.If it's a yellow thin spark it's probably the coil.
If you have good spark, check the fuel filter and fuel pressure at the fuel rail.
Back firing could be timing, cam position or crank position sensor.Worst case scenario, timing chain or belt.

2000 Audi A3 1.8T rough idle / car shaking on acceleration

it honestly could be your sway bars or a track bar in between the tires. as far as the lack of power it could be your fuel filter being clogged or dirty
