Question about 1999 Honda Civic
Hi, I assume you mean the electrical schematic. What I normally do in these cases is first apply 12 volts directly to the motor to see if it's good. If it works, I test the switch. If not, I replace the motor. Please let me know if you have more questions, and thanks for using FixYa.
