Question about 2004 Nissan Titan
If is a diesel one then yes has a filter under the primer pump in the engine bay, has 4 or 5 hoses connected to it, if its a petrol it has an intank filter on the fuel sender unit, should never need to be changed. and i think the only way to change it is to replace the sender unit in the tank which includes the pump, gauge float etc...

From the information I have been reading the fuel filter is located inside the tank and is part of the 100k-150k maintence period.

Idont no but if there is then its on the chassis under the car as most have them on the chassis which isent changed very often if at all so jack it up and follow the fuel pipe line and you should find it..
ALSO check the fuel pump in the tank by undoing the feed pipe and turn on the ign.
