When i open the top on my 1996 chrysler sebring convertible i notice that the front windows go down but the rear windows don't. is this normal or do they have a reset so they could go down a bit.

I had the same car, when we put the top down we had to hold the botton for the top in the down posistion until the back windows were down.

Why my passenger windows will not go down?

Is it all the other windows that will not go down? Do they go down with the individual switches? This sounds like a master window switch problem

My passenger window won't go up or down

This is a 2006 Infiniti G35 , window will not go up or down,
Grab glass and see if you can move the window down or up by hand, if you can then you have a bad window regulator, if glass will not move then you may have a bad motor, also make sure that the window lock button is not on, to be sure it is not on operate rear windows and they should work.

My rear driver side window will not go up. It will go down using the rear switch. The master front switch will not do anything. If the rear window switch is down and I press the front switch up it will...

MAKE SURE MASTER WINDOW SWITCH NOT IN LOCK OUT POSITION.THATS A SAFETY FEATURE TO KEEP CHILDREN FROM OPEN THE WINDOW AND FALL OUT THE CAR.YOU COULD ALSO HAVE BAD POWER WINDOW RELAYS.

Just replaced passenger front window on the 2001 v70. Do not remember if window stops an inch down or does it go all the way down?

I am not exactly sure on this model but most of the time the power windows on the front doors go down all the way. I would check the right passenger side door if it goes all the way down, then most likely the drivers side door should also. Usually the rear windows go down and stop an inch from being all the way down. Some cars are set up to lower the front windows only an inch then by pressing the window down button again, they will continue to roll all the way down.

Replaced battery and now every window but drivers wont go down

for the windows to do down automatically you have to program them yourself. All you do is turn ignition on. use the window switch on the door of the window you are using. How the button down until window goes all the way down, pause about 1 second, then the same thing going up. But don't stop holding the button down, or up. Hold down during the pause down, and hold up when going up.
