If you haven't done so recently then replace your air filter, that might help. You can also take the vehicle to autozone or any auto parts chain store that will run a diagnostic scan for free and see if any error codes are present and if there are they will tell you what parts may need replaced. You should be getting much better fuel mileage than that.
