I disconnected the clutch cable under the dash of my 95' ford mustang gt and connected it back and now it will not turn over or start at all. All the fuses are good and have power, what could it be?

How do you adjust an electronic clutch on a 96 Mustang GT 4.6 L V8

There is no such thing as an electronic clutch. Assuming your talking about the clutch associated with the transmission. The clutch is engaged via a cable going from the clutch itself to the clutch pedal through the firewall. There is also a clutch quadrant under the dash (attached to the pedal) that is self adjusting. If this goes bad then you need to replace it. What is the issue your experiencing?

How adjust the clutch on 2001 ford mustang 3.8

Per the Ford owners manual:

The clutch on your

vehicle is operated by

a cable. As necessary, adjust the clutch as described

below.

1. Turn the engine off and shift into 1 (First).

2. Put your foot under the clutch pedal and gently

pull it up until the pedal stops.

3. Push the clutch pedal down slowly. You will hear a
click as the clutch adjusts itself.

I was driving on the road when the starter engaged and burn out, I replaced the starter motor, starter relay, and ignition switch. turned the key and starter stays on. had to disconnect battery to stop it....

Hello, There are small wires that attach to the Starter Relay. These are the wires Mechanics call "tickler" wires. There should not be power going through the tickler wire unless the Ignition switch is turned to the START position.

Disconnect the small wire off of the Starter Relay. Leave it off and put your battery cable on the Battery. The Starter should not crank. The Ignition should be OFF.

Now we need to find out where the tickler wire is getting power from. Put a Multimeter or test light on the Tickler wire for POS and ground the other wire on the tester to a NEG ground. I suspect your problem is in the Interlock switch. The Interlock switch would be on the Clutch pedal lever under the dash for a standard shift.

If you had an Automatic transmission, the Interlock would be in the shift linkage or Brake pedal lever. Without changing from an Auto to a Standard trans people have trouble hitting the under dash Interlock switch with their shoes getting in and out of their cars. Even while driving you can hit the under-dash switches with your shoes.

So check under the dash for a broken or dislocated switch on the Clutch or Brake pedal levers. Then move the switches until the Test equipment shows the power is not going to the Tickler
wire . Once you do this you have to make the START position work on the Ignition switch. Leave the tickler hooked up to the test equipment until you get the wiring right. You may have to adjust the Ignition shift-rod in the steering column so that START means the correct thing only in the start position.

I hope my solution is very helpful in giving you ideas about fixing your car.

Check for fuel shut off switch, look in the truck or under the dash around the kick panels, will be a switch with a button on top, make sure the button is push down, if you can fine it call the ford dealship and they can tell you where it's at, when ever a collision the switch will cut fuel off for safty reasons, good luck.

Ford clutch

If you have a way to get it off the ground (i.e. ramps) then its a snap. First, go buy the proper part, drive it up on the ramps and set the parking brake. Then look for any cables and wire harnesses that are connected to the transmission itself and disconnect them, remembering where they go. Next is to have a floor jack under the transmission to hold it while you loosen and then take the transmission mount bolts out. Lower the transmission down and change the clutch plates. Follow the same procedure in reverse and it shouldn't take you too long to have it back on the road with a new clutch done by you!

Where does the oirfice(Spelling?) tube go on a 1995 Mustange GT

It is in the high pressure line from the condensor to the evaporator. You will have to cut it out of the line and install a kit. Here are pics of it.
