Question about 2005 Ford Freestar
I went to Walmart and got freeon but the gauge said it did not need it. The clutch is working and the blower is strong. Could the gauge have been inaccurate?
I had this same problem in my 2005 Freestart and it was the entire AC system going bad....the rear ended up going bad to.

You could check for a bad relay in your engine compartment, fuse box or the AC on/off switch is bad
