Did it even try to fire off when you used the starter fluid?? with the little details that you have given at this point, the only other thing I could tell you is try starting with accelerator all the way to the floor until it starts up..do not pump, just keep it on the flor until it starts and then let up

ok, I m still really not sure what happened when you used the starter fluid..did it try to fire up or not or was it just cranking and not trying to fire?? If while using the starter fluid it did not even try to fire up at all, then I would say that the problem is spark to the spark plugs but that really doesnt make any sense since all you did was replace the fuel pump and filter... how is it tha you KNOW that the fuel is pumping?? are you smelling gas or what??

My car won't start I have changed the coil fuel pump fuel pump relay and the Mfi relay I now think its the crank shaft relay but I do not know help me !

Sounds like maybe the main computer is bad. When you cranked the engine there is not any indication that it is firing. If you have changed the fuel pump and coil and it still wont even fire, the computer is most likely the cause. Even if the timming was off you would still get some indication that it was trying to start although it probably would not if the timming was off, but the fact it's not even trying to fire yeah that's my take.

Water in fuel light comes on, engine won't start, profuse white smoke on cranking. Trying to find fuel filter/separator, but unable to.

If this an e 350 between 93 and 2003, the fuel filter is located on top of engine front. You will have to take air filter box off to get to it, the fuel filter housing has a lever on the side to drain water. Always a good idea to use fuel conditioner, especially in the winter. Will help disperse the moisture in the fuel. Remember after changing the fuel filter, you will have to bleed the fuel system. bleed it by cranking engine until it starts, if the vehicle has a mechanicle fuel pump ( 98 or earlier) later modles have an electric pump. System may be primed by cycling the electric fuel pump 2 or 3 times. Please me feedback if this helps. This is is the only way we know if we helped you with a problem

Stopped while driving replaced fuel filter and pump and crank shaft senor

I suspect you have a bad camshaft sensor. It is part of the distributor. To check, remove distributor cap and rotor (1 screw for rotor) and check for brown dust. If yes, remove slotted wheel and clean optical sensor. If car starts, you need a distributor.

Crank sensor has no affect on system. It is used for back up only.
