Question about 2003 Chevrolet Malibu
There is a few things you can try yourself, 1st remove the door switch, and with a 12volt test light make sure you have power to the window switch, and you should because all the other windows work, so take your test light and probe the wires at the back of the driver side window switch, one wire should have power when you push up on the switch the other wire should have power when you push down on the switch if they do'nt replace the switch if they do then you will need to replace the power window motor, and this you will most likely have to take in to a shop, but not necessarily, many people have changed them on there own, but you do have to drill out the mount rivets in order to replace the motor and this takes a few special tools. but if you want to try it let me know i will do my best to talk you threw it.
