Hi, if your talking about the blower motor, this is caused by a failed resistor.

Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6234839-doesn_t_heater_or_air_conditioner_blow . These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.

Cooling fan motor gets hot when running high speed why

Check the bearings. If the friction is high the fan will not run at rated speed. When it runs slower it uses more current and gets hotter...

Disassemble, clean and lubricate to make sure fan runs full blast and does not burn out.

Or if the fan has two windings, one for starting and one for running it is possible that the high speed run winding has some shorts in it resulting in more current and more heat.

2002 Dodge Caravan headlamps: one works on dim the other works on high beam but not together. Also only one daytime running lamp.

Your van has dual diligent headlamp bulbs, that means each headlight has one bulb that serves as high beam and low beam. What has most likely happened is on one side the low beam filament has burnt out, and on the other side the high beam filiment has burnt out. The daytime running lights are just the high beam filament running on reduced power, so if the high beam doesn't work on one side, that same side will have no daytime running light. Replace both headlamp bulbs with matching, good quality bulbs.
