2006 Tribeca radio will not work, and the climate control lights do not illuminate. Checked every fuse with no problems.

The culprit fuse was under the hood - 20 amp fuse called "backup". Discovered nice cache of spare fuses and fuse puller tool in the under the hood fuse box.

I had the same exact problem in my 2008 Tribeca. I checked the "back up" 20A fuse near the engine and it was fine - put it back in and everything works again. Maybe the contacts just got dusty or something, but the 20A "Back Up" fuse near the engine is definitely the culprit here...

    Thanks!!

My radio, car alarm, interior lights do not work on my 2006 subaru tribeca

The solution for the interior lights temp gauge etc. not working is the fuse under the hood as mentioned above.
As for the clock resetting, your battery is probably about to go. The tribeca turns off power to the vehicle if voltage drops below a certain level to save enough power to start back up. This causes the clock to lose memory.

I have a 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca with no audio, no climate control illumination, and the homelink is not working as well. I checked the fuses but they are ok.

I just encountered the same problem with my 2007 Tribeca. Any info you've found as to what the problem is/was? Thank you!!

Speedometer gauge/climate control lights dont work

Look for a dimmer wire,, sounds like your radio dont have the option for the car dimmer switch,,

the power for these lights run through the dimmer wire for the radio. ether its not hooked up or the radio dont have the option for it.

there is a way to bypass the radio dimmer option,, BUT you have to know what your doing or you could fry something.

look for Car Radio Illumination/dimmer Wire: should be Green.

Illumination light for a/c controls doesnt work

We had this fixed (thankfully, under warranty) at the dealer. They had to replace the AC/Heater control assembly. Used ones are around $150.00. Not sure what the dealer charges for new, but more than I have I assume. Only too them 30 minutes to change, so I assume you remove the screws at the bottom and the panel lifts up. Not 100% sure though. Should be like changing a radio.
