Question about 1997 Dodge Caravan
There are a couple of reasons this can happen and here are a few suggestions to find out.
1. Check the power steering reservoir and make sure it is full of fluid.
2. Make sure the belt is attached to the pump and it is not to loose.
If those are okay then I might suggest replacing the pump and possibly the lines.
