I am changing the low beam on a 1986 camaro iroc z28 and cannot get at the two lower screws. Any ideas?

You kn ow you have to take the outside chrome piece off, right? If you have the top screws out, you can usually just bend it forward enough to get the headlight out.

Fuel pump

A fuel pressure gauge is the most accurate way. You can turn the key on and listen for a humming sound, that tells you the pump is running, but dosn't mean it's completely functional.
