Swith your car in nutral and ignition on keep the open button in for a
about 30 seconds and then close for the same time it should reset your sunroof

There is no manual crank, some models have a spot for an allen key, possible switch problem. Remove headliner trim enough to test the switch, hot and ground. the motor is a perminate magnet type. hot on one side, moves motor in one direction, hot on other side moves the roof the other way. If motor jumps slightlty each way it is good, Do not remove motor, it is timed, If motor and switch are good, you have a track problem, possible cable or guides broken, Big dollars and dealer has to do.
