Question about Chevrolet Cavalier

My 03 chevy cavalier has an a/c probem, it will not come on unless I drive over 40 mph.

I have a 03 chevy cavalier. when i put it in park it rolls backwards and it wont start. what could be the probem


The shift cable is out of adjustment and not putting the trans fully into park. Also not telling the computer it's in park.

I was driving 60 mph then my rpms jumped up to 5000 and I lost power..when I slowed down to 40 it was fine but every time I push the gas my rpms would jump and sometimes catch ....what is it on a 03 Chevy...


Could be Your ignition switch, If you have a lot of wieght on Your keychain..... the switch gets sloppy and it will do some pretty weird stuff while driving... Jiggle your keys at the key ignition..... and see If it duplicates the problem. Seems like it's Bogging down... Hope this helps. One of many ideas.

Grumbling noise in front drivers side of car.Worst at 30-40 mph.


Sound more like the wheel/hub bearing. An axle will usually make a clicking noise when turning, and be quiet when going straight. It probably wont break by may but it may get louder. Get it checked asap.

2003 Cavalier's are known for bad wiring harnesses. Get a good technician to find and replace the bad harness and your problems will go away. Sometimes, it may be more than one harness.

check your fuel lines near your injectors or the injectors the year had some problems with it leaking around that spot is it a 4cly or 6
