Audi's have had issues with coil packs.Just as a suggestion clear the codes & swap the #1 coil with any other coil and see if the code follows to what ever cylinder you swapped the coil with.If it moves to the cylinder you changed the coil out with then the coil needs replaced.

This suggestion would be more helpful if it included instructions or links as to how to go about implementing the recommendation.

    Clear the codes - how?

2003 Jaguar X Type has p1314,p0300,p1313,,p0303,p0301,p0302,p0305

the fault codes you have are all misfire codes p1313 and p1314 are manufactuer codes only. but they all point to same issue check the engine wiring harness under the air box for chaffing also the on plug coils are very unreliable the spark plug internal resistance is critical use only genuine plugs we had to change all 6 because pattern plugs had been fitted and check for water ingress in to the ecm/connector that may be the problem

When the ac is turned on the car misses at a stop. and I have got a code of P0301.

Thank you for the inquiry. Those codes generally mean misfire.

P0300 multiple missfire
P0301 missfire cyl 1
P0302 missifre cyl 2

Ensure you have the proper spark plugs. Check the coil boots/wires, look for burn marks. Anything beyond that you may have to take it to the shop for diagnostics. Make sure to bring reciepts of whats already been done to it.

The error code p0301 ,This code is related to misfire. The cylinder is misfiring. p0301 this is the indication of cylinder number 1 ,that is misfiring. If the code comes up as p0300 this is the indication of random misfire from all the cylinders. But in your case its indicating p0301 this is indication of cylinder 1 misfire.Check cylinder 1 and replace the faulty cylinder 1 to clear the fault. The spark plugs and the wires connecting to spark plugs also needs to be checked. Keep updated with any more query.Thanks.

Engine light comes on, code P0301 comes up. Engine runs rough when starting and there is an on and off burnt smell.

A P0301 code means that the the car's computer
has detected that one of the engine's cylinders is not firing properly. In this case it's cylinder #1.

Tried switching injectors reflashed PCM spark plugs but still p0301 comes back, car runs good

Code P0301 = Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
Start with the “easy to check” items first...Some of these checks/repairs require specialized tools or equipment. A trusted repair shop or dealer would be would be advised to correct this problem.
Try changing the spark plugs, Check the coil, TPS sensor & MAP sensor voltage. Check the fuel pressure, check for vacuum leaks including intake manifold. Dirty or plugged injector, timing, compression test-including leak test--meaning, put #1 on TDC then charge the cylinder with air (~30lbs), and check for leak via exhaust/intake. Update PCM to the latest software, Worn camshaft.
