Question about Saturn SL2
If it is still there lift the plastic cap off the nut at the base of each arm. Remove the nut and pull the wiper arm up and off the splined shaft. May require a bit of rocking but do not pry on the glass. Put some masking tape on the glass along the top edge of the blade before pulling them off. That way you will know where they were. Put the arms back on, but set them higher on the tape, tighten the nuts, replace the covers and you are done. I use a bit of loctite on those nuts when I put them back on. The arms should not run off the driver window side at the top of their arc. You know before you even do this find a similar Saturn in a parking lot and take a cell phone picture of its wipers, make sure your arms look like those. Often times people put them on backwards, or get a wrong replacement, the arms are different for each side.
