There is a vibration problem with the front passenger seat in my 2011 murano. When no one is seated it vibrates while driving, especially the back section.

The first thing to check would be the bolts that hold it to the floor, make sure its tight. this should be under warranty also, call your local dealer and ask them.

It is impossible to answer your question without knowing the YEAR, MAKE, and MODEL of your vehicle. That being said, what you are describing sounds like a BRAKE PROBLEM, especially if the vibration can be felt in the STEERING WHEEL.
Suspect front brake lines (especially if any mechanic was stoopid enough to pinch them off during brake repair), sticky front caliper(s), or grooved rear drums (if so equipped).

If you are refering to an automatic seat I sugest you to check the small motor under. It might have a fuse of it can simply go bad as well. If i am in your shoes I will get a used motor and start from there. Good Luck!

At 65mph and over the steering wheel vibrates

if you feel vibrating over the steering wheel mean the front wheel are out of balance.if vibrates from you seat then it's the rear wheel out of balance.Sometimes you can have wheel weight lose.

Vibration at highway speeds when echo light is on, 2011 Honda Accord?

is the vibration in the steering wheel (front wheels need balancing) or through the seat/floor? (rear wheels need balancing).

if the vibration is speed specific the abovewill be true, if you are sure its connected to the eco light then this is becuase the car is not firing all cylinders to save fuel. I would get it tuned at a dealer if the vibration is really that noticable

HI MY 2006 S AWD MURANO HAS STARTED THIS IRRITATING VIBRATION..CAUSES EVERYTHING FROM THE SEATS AND THE MIRRORS TO VIBRATE. I HAVE CHECKED BALANCING, TIRE ROTATION AND ALIGNMENT..BUT PROBLEM PERSIST. DO...

Hm. I had an irritating vibration at highway speed with tires that came with my car. I had the balance checked and it was determined that there was an out of round tire. I replaced the tires, had them spin balanced, and the rims were perfect. After that, the vibration at highway speed went away.

Tires are the most common problem for vibration at various speeds.

Where did you buy your tires or have them spin balanced?

are you complaining or are you happy, either way disconnect the wire harness in the seat and see if it goes away, could have a bad switch this will help narrow it down

With the rear windows down my Highlander vibrates heavily.

Inspect the universal joint. See if the driveshaft has any play in it. This could also be caused by a bad, dry, or damaged wheel bearing. Those items can be fixed. Hope this helped.
