Question about 2007 Chevrolet Impala LS Sedan New Cars
Wheel sensors are probably failing. Behind the tires there are sensors that report the wheel speed to the ECU, I would check them, and wiring to them for faults.

Tips for a great answer:

Electronic brake control module (EBCM)
Powertrain control module (PCM)
Instrument cluster (IPC)
Instrument panel integration module (IPM)
If it communicated with all the modules , then I would check for DTC's - diagnostic trouble codes ! If there was a code I would go to the diagnostics for that code .If there were no codes I would go to the symptom:s list an in your case it is TRACTION CONTROL Indicator Always On
The instrument cluster controls the operation of the TRACTION CONTROL indicator. The EBCM reports the desired status of the TRACTION CONTROL indicator via class 2 serial data messages.
When you first turn the key on , without starting the vehicle Does the TRACTION CONTROL indicator illuminate during the bulb check and then turn OFF after a few seconds ? IF there are no DTC"S stored this could be a wiring problem or the instrument cluster or Electronic Brake Control Module ! Or you can try a reset by disconnecting the battery cables from the battery ! negative first then positive an touch the cable ends together for a minute , then hook them back-up ! positive first then negative ! Heard of this from others on the internet ! But if there is a real problem the light will come back on !

The Body Control module (BCM) detects that the traction control switch has been pressed (signal circuit is low). The Body Control module (BCM) sends a serial data message to the EBCM in order to disable traction control. The IPC receives a serial data message from the EBCM requesting illumination. The BCM sends a serial data message to the radio in order to activate an audible warning.
Your best bet is to take it to a ASE certified an qualified repair shop ,that has the diagnostic tool to fix this problem .
