Question about Nissan Altima

Nissan Almera Tino SE: interrmittent 'whine' from under the REAR of the vehicle around the fuel tank area when the engine is running. This is regardless of whether the vehicle is moving or not. Any ideas??

Sounds like your fuel pump. I hate to say this but my nisssan did the same thing for months then I lost it.

Engine turns over, but why won't it start?


This is a fuel problem. Make sure the emergency fuel shut off is not engaged. From there check the fuel pump, fuel relay and the fuel filter. Lastly check fuel pressure.

Where is my fuel filter located 2002 Nissan Altima 3.5se.. I looked in the tank and didn't find an inline filter either.

We have a tino 1.8 petrol 2005 and it has gone from 34mpg to 22mpg any ideas please
