I need to replace the pulley on my 1996 chevy lumina power steering. How do I put it on?

Takes a special puller to remove, install is just a bolt thru the pulley and tighten with a nut, make sure the shaft sticks out of the pulley about 1/16 of an inch,if it's on too far the belt will be niosey. Autozone can rent you the puller for a few bucks.

stand on passenger side of car looking directly to engine, the first pulley from left to right is the alternator pulley, the next one is the power steering pump pulley and the third one is the water pump pulley with 4 bolts on center attach to water pump (pulley does not have any grooves on it).

Remove the belt. Using a power steering pump pulley puller, remove the pulley. This will allow you to get to the bolts that hold the bracket. Then just remove the bolts to access the hose. Hope this helps. Good luck.
