Question about 2002 Cadillac Escalade
You may have a bad,or going bad starter. when you attempt to start it cold, does it turn over real slow? this can be 2 different issues. either a bad or weak battery,or starter dragging. simple to diagnose. take you car to auto zone or advance auto parts and have them check your battery for free 1st. if it checks good, then go towards a bad starter. the starter can drag,or turn really slow when it's going bad. almost like a drained battery. but after the engines warm,it turns over just fine. narror your search by ruling out a bad battery by having the battery checked for free 1st. then move towards replacing the starter. thank you for choosing fixya.com
