I suggest you check all your fuses and relays.Start with the ones that pertain to the fuel system and the ecm/pcm.The easiest way to check your fuel pump relay is find another relay that is the same and switch them.Make sure that the component that you are switching the relay from works. If this doesnt work for you then you will have to get some electrical diagrams and trace it down with a multimeter.....Also that vehicle should be equipped with a collision switch (inertia switch).Has the vehicle been in an accident? Good Luck.........

Why is it that my 2003 impala will crank and turnover but wont start

I sounds like you have a fuel flow problem. Replace the in-line fuel filer located in the fuel line in front of the rear tire. Check out this web site for "how to" replace the in-line fuel filter.

My 95 yukon 5.7 liter,my truck will start after ive tried once everytime so not fuel pump, problem is the fuel pump doesnt do a prime wen i turn ignition on

Either the pump relay is not working right, or the check valve in the pump is letting fuel drain back into the tank when you turn the engine off.
You would check the pump relay to see if it is getting a ground signal from the computer when you first turn the key on, then look at base fuel pressure with a gauge if necessary.

My 1995 GMC jimmy isn't getting power to the fuel pump, I put in a new relay and thats not it , What do I do?

firstly remove the fuel pump from the tank and test it by connecting the leads from the pump to a 12 volt battery....if the pump turns on then test the wires running from the pump to the front of vehicle.....since you have replaced the relay then that is not the issue also some vehicles have two sets of fuse blocks instead of the standard one ......does the pump spin up at all when you turn your key to the first position without starting the engine? if it does then you need to test the fuel pressure getting to the intake....i replaced a pump recently that was only pushing 8psi to the engine instead of the needed 52-66psi new pump fixed the whole issue

I need to know what the blue and orange wire does on the fuel pump. it isn't connected to ground and it isn't getting any power to it

It connects to the fuel pump relay in the engine room relay block and output from that relay passes through the EFI relay and the CO/PN relay to eventually connect to the ECM as a signal input.

My 2003 z06 wont start it acts like it isnt getting fuel. Yes it has gas in it.

You need to have the correct pressure, Key on engine off the fuel pressure should be at 55psi to 62psi.Also inorder for the fuel pump to turn on the cranksensor must beable to produce the proper signal for the fuel pump to turn on,
