Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

When I want to change a CD after stopping CD is not coming out. It showing load and then Error 1. So, how can I solve the problem?

that seems to be the laser, as repair or open car stereos, is so hard, ytou can get a laser cleaner and before insert it you can add a very very little touch of clear alcohol, to the little cd brush that's better,,, hope this helps

Bose 6 cd changer factory installed will not function.

Some people with this issue have had some sucess disconnecting the negative battery cable for 10 minutes to reset the stereo. After re-connecting the battery, the stereo should reset and the error message should clear at which point the CD player should also function. Apart from this, a service call at a dealer or a car stereo repair specialist are the only alternatives. Best of luck.

In my 2005 Tucson, my 5-cd player stopped working. I push the button to load the cd's, but nothing occurs. The dealership mentioned something about 'resetting' the radio... what is this, and is it...

The only solution I've seen is to disconnect the negative battery cable for 10min. After you reconnect, the stereo should reset itself and enable you to load cd's. If this fails, either a trip to the dealer for service or to an car audio dealer for an aftermarket stereo. I hope this solves your issue and wish you all the best!

Cd changer not playing

Check fuses. There are two fuses to this stereo. One that hold memory for the clock and stereo preset buttons and one for turning the stereo on. There are usually two fuse boxes, on inside the vehicle and one under the hood near the car's battery. Again, check ALL fuses. One is usually labeled for the radio/stereo, the other is not.
As for the CD changer, disconnect one of the main car battery terminals for several minutes. This is easier then removing the changer and acts as a reset. Possibley bringing the changer back to working condition. Otherwise, this could be a repair issue, see www.carstereohelp.com
