Sounds like your converter may be trying to stop up. good luck with it.
Might try reseting your ECM do this by turning the key to on position and turning on a/c disconnect positive battery cable wait 30 sec. the turn key off then replace battery cable, this will clear any codes in your car's computer system. good luck
