No - your valve cover gasket is leaking and allowing oil to fall down into the spark plug holes (I'm assuming that you're seeing oil on the plugs when you pull the spark wires off). Is that where you're seeing the oil? If so, you need to change the valve cover gasket (very very easy to do yourself - don't pay someone to do it).

Oil leaking on spark plug

If the spark plug is oil fouled, you either have leaking valve seals, or bad piston rings. Bad rings would be accompanied by excessive blow-by. With the engine running, remove your oil filler cap. If there is air pulsing out of the filler tube, it your rings. If not, it is your valve seals.

Oil in most of my spark plug ports!

The fault is due to the valve cover gasket passing oil into the spark plug wells. There are circular seals under the valve cover around each spark plug well opening. These spark plug well seals come with the valve cover gasket set.

Changed the spark plugs and the old ones were covered in oil

i'm guessing that your car is a 4-cylinder. this is common for inline 4-cylinder engines. since the spark plug holes usually go through the valve cover, the valve cover gasket will leak and collect in the spark plug holes. to fix this you will have to replace the valve cover gasket.

There is oil on theads of spark plugs on 2005

The oil seal for the spark plugs may need replacing. This requires a little work. You need to take out the cover of the head. Normally you should see the seals underneath the cover just surrounding the holes.

Oil in spark plugs

you mean oil under plug wires? your plugs are in the center of the valve cover? if so, you have a vlave cover leak, the oil will rise and short out the plugs so they will not fire. remove the oil from around the plugs, then replace the valve cover gasket and plugs, try to start again

Oil around spark plugs on 1992 honda accord

Yes the oil can cause the car to lose spark, the oil leak could be caused by the valve cover gaskets around the spark openings, but 9 times out of 10 it is the spark plug tube "O" rings. The top of the valve train comes off of the head, the "O" rings are between the two halves, that will fix the oil leak.
