Question about GMC Safari
These have had problems with the wiper motor having a bad ground.take a jumper wire and run it from a good ground to the body of the wiper motor.if this doesn`t help then with the wipers on(hopefully not working at the time)take a hit the motor and see if it starts to work.if it does then the motor has a bad spot in it(like a bad starter) and will need to be replaced.
