Question about 2005 Maserati Quattroporte

Change the hydraulic clutch? You mean the fluid? The clutch disk itself will last many thousands of miles depending on how well you can drive a manual shift, the fluid in the system probably does not have to be changed for 100,000 miles as long as the system it closed, that is it is not contaminated by moisture.

You should get 45-50k out of it, depending on how hard you drive it. (The fluid needs changing every 3 years)
