The starter will be on the driver's side of the vehicle, and you can trace the positive cable from the battery to the starter. It will be where the engine meets the transmission.

Could just be a bad sensor? or maybe a connection issue with cables, corrosion, etc....... Pepboys will hook up test computer and give you a free diagnois code to reasearch problem or you could take the code and give to your mechanic to save on additional costs of testing at shop.

The car has a Constant clicking noise when trying to start the car. I have taken the battery to Autozone and it is fully charged and no issues with that. Please advise if it could possibly be the starter.

yes, probably the solenoid on the starter, but first try a jump start and check the starter relay in the engine compartment relay box. Try swapping the relay with a similar one--maybe the horn relay. If neither of these ideas works for you, the starter is the likely problem. Take it off and have it tested at the parts store to be sure before bguying a new one. Please let me know if you have more questions or need instructions.

I have a 97 plymouth breeze 2.0 L V4. wont start

SOUNDS LIKE the engine siezed the oil light was an indicator there was no oil pressure with no oil pressure the engine would have been damaged severly use a 3/4" socket and ratchet on the crankshaft pulley and try and turn the engine over by hand it should turn freely and you should feel all 4 cylinders compression as the cylinder comes up on the compression stroke
