Buy a Haynes or Chilton service manual for your Blazer; it will pay you back many times.
They can be had at any chain auto parts store for ~$20. US

Hi my evap vent selenoid is un top of the gas tank can i change it place and put it far away from the evap canister thank you...

If the vent is separate from the solenoid yes you can move it. I use heater hose to go between the solenoid and the vent. Just try and mount it somewhere the dust and dirt wont get to it.

sounds like a vent door selenoid, a frayed wire to the selenoid. The selenoid operates the vent door to close, or allow outside air into car

P0499 chrisler seabring still on after replacing selenoid

The code is for a problem with the vent valve circuit which could include the solenoid you replaced.
The computer vents the fumes from the gas tank to the engine when the engine is running. As per Federal requirements, the computer also tests the lines and the tank to make sure there are no leaks to outside air when the tank is not venting.
The computer uses a solenoid valve to close the vent line and also to allow engine vac to pressurize the system for a few seconds.
The code is set when the computer commands the valve to allow engine vac into the gas tank and it does not happen.
Since you have replaced the solenoid which should include the valve, the problem may be an air leak somewhere or a problem with the source of the vacuum.

Refueling problem

Try changing the angle of the pump fuel nozzle or don't push it in quite as far. It has to vent out air in order to let fuel in. Also could try pumping a little slower.

My 2005 Nissan Sentra air flow control dial will not work. Air flow is stuck coming our of the dash vents and will not change to any other location. Help???

on nissan's air vent controls, they use electronic servos already. this may entail that you havta dis assemble half of your dashboard. unless you're quite savvy in doing this and locate each servo in its separate locations in each air vent; i suggest that you bring it in to a shop.

The air cond. only blows out from the defroster vents. the heater is the same way. its on a chrysler lebaron, 1995. was told it was a relay, but don''t Know where it is located.

Its more likely the blower door actuator which directs air from defrost to vent to floor. This is vacuum driven and a leak in the vacuum lines (located under the hood beginning at the firewall) will prevent the the door from directing air where you select. Look under the hood for a vacuum leak. Best ot test it with the AC or Heat on high.
