Crank fuse get's B+ voltage from ignition switch ! Fuse #55 won't have power , it's on the ground side of the right fan circuit .Pull the connector to the right fan , the black wire goes through fuse #55 to ground . With an ohm meter test the circuit ! Red lead to the connector an black lead to ground , should have continuity ! Pull fuse #55 an continuity will go away , open circuit ! Nothing wrong with #55 . Does vehicle start ? engine crank over ? Bad ignition !

Location of fuel pump relay on 1999 chrysler 300m

In the engine compartment on the driver's side is a black box right in front of the overflow container. There are two thumb activated locks on the side of it. Open the box and set the lid upside down and look at the schematic. It matches the layout of the fuses and relays you're looking at. the topmost relay (a tiny black box) is the relay you asked about. Read the cover to be sure. It can be carefully pulled out and replaced by simply matching the prongs to the socket and pressing it back in. If this relay is faulty the engine will crank but not allow fuel to enter the engine. There is ALSO a fuse for the fuel pump, and it is located on the driver's side dashboard as you open the door. It is a "D" shaped panel that pops off the end of the dashboard. The fuel pump fuse is right in the middle of the panel on a raised platfom. The schematic is also on the inside of the "D" shaped panel you just took off. If the car is "Dead" and won't crank, it is likely the fuse is blown. Pull the fuse out and see if it is burned out. If it is, this could spell a larger problem with your electric fuel pump- which is a whole 'nuther story.

No spark tried a different coil same ...... there is power going to coil... all happened after a car wash,,car just shut off while driving

Sounds like something electrical got wet. Try checking all the fuses in the fuse box to see what might have blown. If the ECM or PCM, as we call it, (computer), fuse has blown then the crank sensor can not tell the ECM the engine is cranking and allow spark and injector pulse. There may be a faulty seal near the fuse box connector or at the ECM connector allowing water in. I believe your computer is in the center under the windshield wipers.

No crank

shorting to start motor will allow the motor to turn but the ignition system is still off.
try with key turned to ignition position.
suspect starter solenoid on starter motor.
suspect fuses maybe there is a fuse which has blown.
suspect ignition key switch maybe defective.

You cranked the car and moved around driveway to allow another car to get out. Shut it off. Now it sounds like the engine is turning over, but no fire, just spinning..

Do you have a Wankel engine in you car?
Then you have a flooded engine.
Pull the fuel pump fuse or relay and crank the engine over......until it starts then stops.
Now put relay or fuse back and start.
You cannot start and stop a Wankel in a Mazda RX when it is in it's cold mode and restart it easily.
Always run them for at least 10 min before shutting it off.
The other way to start after wait a day.
