Question about Mercury Grand Marquis
Most common cause is the flexible hose ,they collapse inside the tube ,disconnect the feed into the flexible hose and see if it pushing out fluid ,i think you will find it is ,if its not then it could have a problem with the ABS if fitted ,you havent stated the year so if its an older vehicle it may not have ABS .So start with feed pipe into flexible hose first and see what happens
